Re-instatement of Surface

All surfaces interfered with during execution of the work to be restored by the responsible Utility.
Surfaces shall be reinstated to their original or better condition.
Where the Utility made use of a Contractor’s services, the Utility remains accountable for re-instatement of the surface.
Should the Utility have a need to relocate the infrastructure, a formal request should be made to the relevant party.
