About Center For Learning

Our Human Capital professional services focus on maximizing results in the dimensions of People, Managing Structure, Work Processes and Rewards and Decision Making. CFL has full accreditation with the South African Sector Education Training Authority (MICT SETA) and a number of its programmes and courses are accredited by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Through our South African campus infrastructure and our Telkom sub-Saharan footprint, we provide a total human resource development support package to our principle shareholder, the Telkom Group, as well as bespoke training solutions to other ICT industry players both locally and across the continent operating in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and various SADC member states. CFL is a registered member and beneficiary of the Commonwealth Training Organization and recognized as a supplier of programmes for development and training. Having been ranked 14th amongst a global fraternity of training providers, CFL received a 2007 Best Award from the American Society for Training and Development.

Current News

Graduation Ceremonies held at Campuses - May 17

Between 15th of April and the 21st of April Graduation ceremonies were held at our various campuses, Olifantsfontein, Booysens (Johannesburg), Milnerton (Cape Town), Walmer (Port Elizabeth) and Umbilo (Durban).

Certificates were handed out for various Programs, Learnerships, with even a few special awards handed out, these included:

  • Programme in Management Excellence (PME)
  • Associated Accounting Technician
  • Employee Relationship Learnership
  • Special Awards
    • Distinction pass for Abraham Ignatius Le Roux on the Programme in Management Excellence 1
    • Mr. Geoff Smuts also received his Certificate as a Constituent Assessor from the Services Seta.

These awards were handed out by Boni Gantile (Executive from Telkom CFL).

A variety of guests speakers were also present at the ceremonies, these included Wikus van der Merwe (Head: Human Performance Consulting), Mr. Mike Brockman
